– Payment must be made via PayPal.
– On receipt of payment, we will arrange a mutually agreeable date, time and online platform for our meeting.
– You will need an online platform for audible (and video if you wish) communication, such as Skype, Messenger or Hangouts.
– This is not a counselling session, it is a strategic coaching session to uncover ways for you to progress in areas of your life where you feel stuck. If you feel you need counselling, please arrange this with your chosen therapist before, or alongside, the strategy meeting.
– Cancellation with at least 1 hour’s notice incurs no cancellation penalty, and the session will be re-arranged, up to three times. After three cancellations a partial refund of £15 will be given, on the assumption that we are not a good fit. The retained payment covers my own preparation time and the admin needed to arrange and rearrange the session.
– Cancellation with less than 1 hour’s notice – or simply not showing up for the session – will incur a 15 minute time penalty when the session is rearranged.

– A session may be stopped without refund if the client is abusive or agressive towards me.
– A session may be refused and refunded at the discretion of The Life I Choose.
