Q: Can I buy this product without using PayPal?

A: The only other option at the moment is direct banking (by standing order) as this is a recurring payment. If you would like to use this option please email me directly rather than purchasing through the website.

Q: If I reply asking a question about the email content, and it’s outworking in my own life, will you respond.

A: All replies to the emails I send out will be read, and in some circumstances I will respond, particulalry if I have written material that will help you, such as, blog posts, book recommendations, or tool kit options that I can direct you to.

Other questions may be addressed in generic terms in future emails, without revealing any personal detail. Either way I love to hear from you, and encourage you to respond with your thoughts and personal challenges, as this helps to crystalise the material for you.

In the event of serious illness or accident, The Life I Choose will continue to send automated emails. If for any reason this isn’t possible, a month’s free subscription will be given to anyone affected by a break in service (due to our illness or injury) of more than 2 days.


Q: How soon after purchase can I cancel if I do not feel this service is right for me?

A: You can cancel your subscription at any point, but you will still receive the emails that you have paid for (up to 30 days depending how soon after a payment is taken you cancel). No further payments will be taken.

However, if you do not wish to continue receiving the emails left on your account, please unsubscribe from the mailing list usuing the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.


Q: How do I unsubscribe?

A: There are two parts to unsubscribing.

–  Firstly you need to stop your recurring payment, whether that is via PayPal or a standing order. To stop your PayPal payment, log into your PayPal account and click on Activity on the top menu. Find a recent recurring payment for Daily Insights and click on it to open the transaction details. Then click on the link – View Recurring Payment Details (top left) to open subscription details. Click on the Cancel link (top left) and follow through.

– You also need to unsubscribe from the mailing list, but if you want to receive any outstanding emails before you do, you can either unsubscribe on the 30th day of your cycle, or I will manually unsubscribe you when your next payment fails.


Q: What do I do if I am having difficulty managing my subscription and need help.

A: If having read all of the available information your problem has not been resolved, email info@lifeichoose.com and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
